Everything we publish about treatments, techniques, candidacy, recovery, risks and results is general information, written for orientation. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a prescription and not a recommendation that a particular treatment is right for you.

Reading this website, filling in a form, or speaking to one of our coordinators does not create a doctor and patient relationship between you and WellDemir. Only a licensed physician who has examined you and reviewed your medical history can tell you whether a treatment is suitable and what it involves.

2. WellDemir is an intermediary

Demir Health Turizm A.Ş., trading as WellDemir, is a licensed travel agency and an authorised international health tourism intermediary. We introduce patients to independent hospitals, clinics and physicians and we organise the non-medical side of the journey.

We do not own a clinic. We do not employ the physicians who treat you. We do not perform, supervise or take part in any medical procedure. Every treatment is provided by an independent, licensed Provider under its own responsibility, under a contract between that Provider and you, and under the law of the country where the treatment takes place.

3. No guarantee of results

Medical and surgical outcomes depend on your anatomy, your general health, your age, your habits, how you heal and how closely you follow the aftercare instructions. Two people having the same operation can have different results.

Nobody, including us and including the treating physician, can guarantee a specific result, a success rate, a recovery time or an absence of complications. Any photograph, case study or figure published here shows one individual result and is not a promise of what you will achieve.

4. Every procedure carries risk

Surgery, anaesthesia and invasive dental or aesthetic procedures carry risks, including bleeding, infection, adverse reaction to anaesthesia, scarring, an unsatisfactory aesthetic result, the need for a revision procedure, and in rare cases serious or life threatening complications. Travelling shortly after surgery adds its own risks, including thrombosis.

Your treating physician must explain the specific risks of your procedure and obtain your informed consent in writing before treating you. Ask questions until you understand. If you do not receive that explanation, do not consent.

5. Prices and package contents

Indicative prices, package contents and durations shown on this website are examples, they vary between Providers and they change. They are not an offer. A binding price is given only in a written, individual quotation after a Provider has reviewed your case.

6. In an emergency

If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. In Türkiye, dial 112. In the European Union, dial 112. Do not wait for a reply from us, and do not use this website or a messaging channel to report an emergency.

7. Do not stop or change treatment because of something you read here

We take care that our medical information is accurate at the time of publication and is reviewed against reputable sources. Medicine changes, and a page may not reflect the most recent developments. We accept no liability for a decision taken solely on the basis of content published here.

9. Regulatory position

WellDemir operates under Turkish law, including the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health. Turkish law restricts the advertising of health services. Content on this site is published as information within those limits: we do not make comparative treatment claims, we do not guarantee medical outcomes and we do not present patient testimonials as evidence of clinical results.
