Terms and Conditions of Supply

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between the medical tourism facilitator WellDemir and XXX regarding the facilitation services provided by WellDemir.

NATURE OF SERVICES

1.1 WellDemir is a medical tourism intermediary organization. We do not provide medical advice, perform medical procedures, or operate medical facilities.

1.2 Our role is limited to the following:

• Referring patients to independent, qualified surgeons and certified or licensed clinics or hospitals;
• Arranging non-medical services such as accommodation, private transfers, interpreters, and local assistance;
• Coordinating appointments, managing correspondence, and facilitating communication between you and the healthcare professional.

1.3 All medical services are provided exclusively by independent medical professionals and institutions. WellDemir is not responsible for the outcome of any medical treatment.

RESPONSIBILITY

1.1 WellDemir’s liability is strictly limited to non-medical facilitation services.

1.2 We are not responsible for:

• Medical outcomes, complications, or negligence of service providers;
• Acts or omissions of medical professionals, clinics, or third-party service providers;
• Losses arising from travel delays, visa issues, cancellations, strikes, epidemics, or other force majeure events.
