Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the alternative dispute resolution bodies available in their own country; the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not currently a member of one, but we always try to settle complaints directly.
