This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on welldemir.com, why we use them, how long they stay on your device and how you can control them. It forms part of our Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer, tablet or phone. It lets the site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use technologies that work in a similar way: pixels (tiny image requests that report that a page was opened), local storage and session storage (data kept by your browser), and server log files.
Throughout this policy, “cookie” covers all of these.
2. The legal rules we follow
Storing information on your device, or reading information from it, is allowed without your permission only when it is strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for. Everything else needs your prior, informed, freely given consent. This follows from Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and its national implementations, in particular section 25 of the German Digital Services Act (TDDDG) and Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act, and from Article 5 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
In practice this means:
- strictly necessary cookies are set as soon as you arrive, because the site cannot work without them;
- every other cookie stays switched off until you actively choose to accept it in our cookie banner;
- refusing is as easy as accepting: the banner offers “Accept all” and “Reject all” with equal prominence, plus a settings screen for individual categories;
- no cookie wall: refusing does not restrict your access to any content;
- you can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and we record your choice so that we can prove it.
3. The cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
These are always active. They cannot be switched off because the site would stop working.

We currently run no third party analytics service on this website. If we add one, this table and the banner will be updated before the service is switched on.
3.4 Marketing
These are set only if you accept the marketing category. They let us measure which of our advertisements led to an enquiry and show our advertisements to people with comparable interests.

3.5 Content you load yourself
Pages that embed a YouTube video or a map load that content from the provider only after you have accepted marketing cookies, or after you click the placeholder that replaces it. Until then, nothing is requested from the provider and no cookie is set. When you write to us through the WhatsApp button, you leave our website and WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes the conversation under its own terms.
4. Data leaving the European Economic Area
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is our contractual partner inside the EEA, but data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We and Meta act as joint controllers for the collection and transmission of pixel data, and Meta acts alone for what it does afterwards. Meta’s controller addendum is published at facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum.
Our website and its logs are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Our staff in Türkiye access that data. See section 5 of the Privacy Policy for the safeguards we apply.
5. How to change your choice
- On this website: open the cookie settings from the link in the footer of any page, change the switches and save. Your new choice applies immediately.
- In your browser: every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Look for Settings, then Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the site from working.
- For Meta advertising: you can also manage advertising preferences in the settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.
Deleting your cookies also deletes the record of your choice, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.
6. Changes to this policy
We scan the website regularly and update this page whenever a cookie is added, changed or removed. The date and version at the top show when it last changed.
