Consumer dispute resolution
Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court of their place of residence. Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the alternative dispute resolution bodies available in their own country; the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not currently a member of one, but we always try to settle complaints directly. Please write to hello@welldemir.com first.
