These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of welldemir.com. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

These terms cover the website. The contract for the services we actually arrange for you is governed separately by our Terms and Conditions of Supply, which prevail over these terms in the event of a conflict.

1. Who runs this website

welldemir.com is operated by Demir Health Turizm Anonim Şirketi, trading as WellDemir, Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. 2. What WellDemir is, and what it is not

WellDemir is a health tourism intermediary and a licensed travel agency. We introduce patients to independent hospitals, clinics and physicians in Türkiye and organise the non-medical side of the journey: appointments, transfers, accommodation, interpreting and coordination.

We are not a hospital, a clinic, a physician or an insurer. We do not diagnose, we do not treat, we do not supervise treatment and we do not employ the medical professionals who treat you. Every medical service is provided by an independent, licensed provider under its own responsibility and under its own contract with you. See our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Information on this website is general

Everything published here about treatments, techniques, recovery, suitability and indicative prices is general information for orientation. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, it is not a treatment recommendation and it does not create a doctor and patient relationship. No content on this site should be used as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified physician who has examined you.

Indicative prices, package contents, durations and clinic lists can change at any time and are never an offer capable of acceptance. A binding price is given only in a written, individual quotation.

4. Using the site

You agree that you will:

  • be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts;
  • give accurate, complete and current information in our forms, including any medical information, since a treatment plan prepared on false information can be dangerous;
  • use the site only for lawful purposes and only for your own enquiry or that of a person you are authorised to represent.

You agree that you will not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce malware, launch denial of service attacks, or scrape, crawl or harvest content or contact data by automated means;
  • copy, reproduce, republish, sell or exploit any part of the site beyond what these terms permit;
  • upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringes anyone’s rights or contains someone else’s personal or medical data without their permission;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with anyone.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, to anyone who breaches these terms.

5. Content you send us

When you send us photographs, reports, reviews or other material, you confirm that you are entitled to send it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use it for the purpose you sent it for, namely obtaining a medical opinion or a quotation and coordinating your care. We will not publish your material, your photographs or your story for marketing without your separate written permission, which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The website and everything in it, including text, photographs, graphics, video, the WellDemir name and logo, page layouts and source code, is owned by Demir Health Turizm A.Ş. or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view pages, print single copies and share links for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, in particular systematic copying, republication, framing, or use of our content to train an automated system, requires our prior written permission.

7. Links to other websites

Where we link to a clinic, a hospital, an authority or another third party, we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content and we are not responsible for it. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

8. Availability

We work to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site for maintenance or business reasons, normally with notice.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that:

  • the website is provided as it is, without any warranty that its content is complete, accurate or up to date at every moment;
  • we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on general information published here rather than on individual medical advice;
  • we are not liable for the acts, omissions, outcomes or complications of any hospital, clinic, physician, airline, hotel or other independent provider;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity, arising out of your use of the website;
  • we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control.

10. Advertising and regulated health content

Turkish law restricts how health services may be advertised. The content on this site is published as information within those limits. We do not publish comparative treatment claims, guarantees of medical results, or patient testimonials presented as evidence of medical outcomes.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. A change never affects a contract already concluded with you.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you are a consumer in Türkiye, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court of your place of residence, up to the monetary limits set each year.
